Meditate

Let your body relax.

Let your mind become clear.

Let go of your tight hold on emotions.

Know that you are still here and there is nothing that can touch you.

You are at one with the world and it is both in and around you.

Feel your muscles release, feel the trembling stop.

Feel your lungs fill with sweet and delicious air.

Release the air and with it all the troubles that bother you.

For these moments you are untouchable, unbreakable.

For these moments you are a spirit on a journey.

Cherish the road taken, do not be afraid of the next curve.

Do not fear falling nor soaring.

Let go of your worldly body and allow your spirit to roam free in the cosmos.
